We start with an occasional roundup of viewing figures for Sci Fi related programming.
Last night's showing of Tomorrow Never Dies on ITV 2 saw James Bond fighting off the evil media mogul Elliot Carver and in so doing also fought off the zombie threat on E4. Charlie Broker's zombie horror Dead Set attracted 822,000 viewers and a 4.9% multichannel share in the half hour from10pm while the repeat of James Bond film Tomorrow Never Dies, on ITV2, drew 823,000 viewers and a 5.1% multichannel share between 9pm and 11.15pm.

So that's where the multi channel viewers were. However on BBC1, the second episode of series seven of Spooks drew an audience of 5.1 million viewers which represents a 22% share at 9pm. On Monday, 5.5 million viewers watched the first episode

Of course, tonight's viewing is all about the crap weather double bill on Sci Fi starting at 8pm followed by Heroes on I-Player. Tonights epiosde sees some of the Heroes having to decide between good and evil. A decision not to be taken lightly.

Equally as difficult a decision is the naming of events as witnessed by Severn Valley Railway's new Sci-Fi & Steam Family Fun Day. Among those visiting Kidderminster Town station, between 10am and 4pm, will be Paul Marc Davis, the Futurekind Chieftan in Utopia, Matthew Chambers, who played Hal Korwin in the episode, 42 and Fancois Pandolfo, Quintus in The Fires of Pompeii.
