NBC Orders More Knight Rider

NBC Orders More Knight Rider

October 13, 2008 12:00 AM

NBC has ordered four more scripts of its new SF series Knight Rider from Universal Media Studios, Variety reported.

The update of the 1980s talking-car show has performed so-so overall in the ratings but has gained traction with young men in its Wednesday 8 p.m. timeslot in three airings, the trade paper reported.

The series stars Justin Bruening and is executive-produced by Gary Scott Thompson, Doug Liman and Dave Bartis.

(Both NBC and Universal Media Studios are owned by NBC Universal, which also owns SCIFI.COM.)
